This option is for Veterinarians to renew/join the OASV ($105) but who have renewed/joined the CASV with another provincial organization for the 2024 calendar year. It is also for non veterinary membership in OASV as per the revised bylaws (no CASV membership dues needed) 
 
For multiple member renewal (i.e if a clinic staff member is submitting) please send a list of names to jfairles@uoguelph.ca 
 
OASV MEMBERSHIP: Licensed veterinarians with a DVM from a University or equivalent who reside in North America and are members in good standing of the College of Veterinarians of Ontario or the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association (Membership valid Jan-Dec). plus non veterinarians associated with the swine industry as approved by OASV executive.
